Sapori Grill had it's humbled beginning, not unlike many restaurants, as a dream.  Dennis Merchant had cooked his favorite Italian dishes for his friends and family for many, many years.  He would often seek out the more traditional cooking methods and ingredients in order to capture truly authentic flavors.  Well, in late 2009, that dream became a reality.  Sapori Grill began offering a nice selection of fresh and traditional Italian dishes as well as  American favorites and even a fusion of the two great culinary traditions.  Stop by Sapori Grill for a quick bite or enjoy a great meal with family and friends.
